When you think of memorable film scores, two things may come to mind immediately - Disney films and The Wizard of Oz. The Dean-Dorhauer Jazz Orchestra brings you an entertaining evening of Big Band / Swing Band arrangements of ever-popular tunes from both in a concert they call, "The Wiz vs. Diz."
Dean-Dorhauer Jazz Orchestra includes many of the Chicago area's finest musicians, including members of the popular Shout Section Big Band. You'll want to get up and dance - or at least hum along - to the memorable music from some of Hollywood's greatest hits.
